Shipping Policy

T-N-T Maintenance, LLC ships products within the United States using available carriers and fulfillment locations. Products in the same order may ship separately and arrive at different times.

Processing and delivery

Processing and delivery estimates vary by product, inventory location and destination. Dropship, supplier-fulfilled, customized, bulk and special-order merchandise may require additional processing time. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges may be calculated at checkout or included in a written quote. Rates can vary based on carrier charges, destination, package weight and dimensions, fuel surcharges, delivery-area surcharges and oversized-item requirements. Any additional charge for a quoted or special order will be disclosed for approval before the order is finalized.

Ground-shipping restrictions

Products containing lithium batteries or other carrier-restricted materials may be limited to ground service, which can increase delivery time and restrict delivery to certain locations.

Tracking and split shipments

Tracking information will be provided when available. Because products may ship from different fulfillment locations, one order may generate multiple tracking numbers.

Address accuracy and refused packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery or refused shipment may be deducted from any available refund. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable after an order has shipped.

Damage in transit

Please inspect your shipment promptly. Report visible damage, missing items or shipping discrepancies to T-N-T Maintenance, LLC within 48 hours of delivery. Keep the product, original box and all packaging materials, and provide photographs of the package and damage. Failure to retain packaging or report damage promptly may prevent us from completing a carrier claim.

Special, bulk and customized orders

Shipping terms for special, bulk and customized orders will be stated in the applicable quote or order confirmation. These orders may have different freight, cancellation and return requirements.
